The day featured a panel discussion with key players in the fight against breast cancer, generating significant interest.
The panel, the highlight of the event, was led by Professor Jean-Sébastien Frenel (oncologist at ICO), Mathilde Dupé (medical biologist at ICO), and Eloïse Grasset (researcher at the CRCI²NA laboratory). Each provided insights into the disease from their respective areas of expertise, covering both treatment and the hopes offered by research advancements. Fabienne Renaud, Head of Europa Donna Nantes, a former patient and member of the 1310 collective, introduced the conference and emphasized the importance of collaboration between doctors and researchers to understand the disease better and develop new therapeutic approaches. Many exchanges took place with the sixty participants, who appreciated receiving medical and scientific information from professionals attentive to their concerns.
To allow a wider audience to benefit from the rich discussions of the day, we are pleased to inform you that the entire conference was filmed. You can access the replay of the “Regards Croisés sur les Cancers du Sein” event here: https://youtu.be/wYBU8rCUJiA.
