Grand-Ouest Extracellular Vesicle Network: Innovation, Cancer & Therapy
1st June 2021 | 9h-16h30 | Video conference
Cells secrete into their environment membrane particles collectively called extracellular vesicles (EV), which act as intercellular messengers. Scientists from about 20 regional laboratories involved in the study of EVs are organised within the GO-EV network “Grand-Ouest Extracellular Vesicle Network”, created in 2018.
The aim of this congress is to review the progress of research projects by researchers from the Loire region who are part of this network in order to discuss technological innovations, the role of EVs in physiology and pathology (particularly during tumour progression) or to evaluate the therapeutic potential of EVs.
