Philippe Moreau is a professor of medicine at the University of Nantes and Doctor of Clinical hematology at the CHU of Nantes. Specialist in hematology, he is known as an international expert on multiple myeloma. He is also president of the French-Speaking Myeloma Inter-group (IFM).

Author of more than 400 articles, Philippe Moreau is in the 1% of the most-cited global researchers across all research fields, according to the prestigious report by Clarivate Analytics. The International Myeloma Foundation (IFM) recently presented him with the Robert Kyle Award for his research work into myeloma.

Philippe Moreau is a member of the « Integrative oncogenomics of the pathogenesis and progression of multiple myeloma » team of CRCINA, directed by Stéphane Minvielle.
